What counts as a family group?
A family group is one client family workspace containing its people, relationships, documents and family tree diagrams.
Can everyone in our practice use FamilyGram?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, so advisers and support staff can work from the same maintained family records.
Can we change plans as our client book grows?
Yes. You can move between plans as the number of family groups you manage changes. Upgrades are prorated and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are people or diagrams limited?
No. Pricing is based on family group capacity, not the number of people, relationships, diagrams or users in each group.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually works out to two months free compared to paying month to month, on every paid plan.
Can we try FamilyGram before subscribing?
Yes. The free plan includes one complete family group, with no card required. You can upgrade when you are ready to manage more client families.
